FIELD OF VIEW - Family farms, old homesteads, and granaries dot the landscape in the Palouse. The rolling hills provide a unique setting for these homes and businesses, and the photographs from this area can be quite stunning. The best views can be seen from Steptoe Butte State Park. It is a 150-acre, 3612-foot butte with sweeping unparalleled views of the unique landscape below. I was at the summit of Steptoe Butte one late evening in May, surveying the 360 degree field of view before finally settling on this granary as my must-have image. I pulled out a long lens to isolate this section of the Palouse, and am so happy with the results.

Professional Acrylic Prints are a more cost-friendly option to the top of the line Lumachrome Acrylic prints. What's the difference? Frankly, it can be difficult to tell. These prints are also face-mounted to acrylic glass, but do not contain the TruLife upgrade. They are printed by a different lab than the Lumachrome prints, but nonetheless provide comparable quality and are guaranteed to last a lifetime.

My choice for paper prints is the Fujiflex Crystal Archive Prints. These prints last for decades. This paper uses a polyester-based silver-halide material optimized for professional galley-level displays. Digital Only
Digital Only purchases are special orders that allow a client to purchase a one-time non-exclusive license right to use the image. The client will be sent the license agreement via e-mail, and it must be signed and returned before the digital image can be released. The client will receive the image in JPG or TIFF format via a secure electronic link or put on a USB flash drive and mailed to the client.
